Our client, a large public company and leader in the Telecom industry, is seeking a Digital Merchandising Manager who will manage the demands of a cross-functional, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment within the interactive marketing and e-commerce group. The incumbent will partner with internal teams and external vendors to successfully translate the business strategy to the e-commerce channel, satisfying the financial, technological, and operational demands of the business.  We are seeking a results-oriented, highly motivated Site Merchandiser to create, develop, implement, and optimize high-visibility cross-category initiatives for multiple brands. Working with internal and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will draw on their extensive B2C e-commerce, bar-raising knowledge of CMS systems, robust analytical acumen, and excellent communication skills to support the critical content releases, seasonal promotional campaigns, and product launches.




  • Responsible for performance, merchandising and presentation layer of two branded estores. Serves as the liaison between IMEC area and IT in regards to operational issues and or development changes. Will be directly responsible for the growth of the online business in terms of unit sales and revenue.


  • Introduces new products and services, coordinates with external sales force, works directly with third parties on timelines and project plans, etc. Monitors marketing data analytics, and creates, maintains, and enhances conversation paths in order to maintain inventory and product availability.


  • Lead ongoing definition of best practice for shopping and e-commerce experience for the two brands. Continually monitor marketplace for new tools, improvement of the website, innovation and technologies that can improve our sales and acquisition experiences. Plans for future changes, enhancements and rollouts.


  • Work in an integrated fashion with Branded E-store & Websites Administrator and Port Administrator for new and ongoing implementations and updates.



Required Skills



Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Four to five years of online merchandising (experience with IBM websphere preferred).
  • One to three years experience with e-commerce analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems a plus.
  • Experience im roles regading  data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross functional collaboration.
  • Strong e-commerce background
  • Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements.
  • Microsoft Office, Advanced Microsoft Excel.
