Our IT System Operations team is searching for a Sr. BRM Administrator who designs, develops, modifies, enhances and implements the Oracle BRM software systems designed to support new or existing business initiatives. Performs maintenance and provides technical assistance and advice on existing software solutions.




  • Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, customizing and enhancing the Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) application.
  • Codes and performs unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements.
  • Designs and writes programs according to functional and non-functional requirements
  • Serves as final escalation point to resolve incidents and problems for production applications and web services supported by the team in accordance with identified Service Level Agreements Participates in continuous performance improvement sessions to discuss opportunities to improve processes or standards

Required Experience

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
  • Certified in BRM or related Billing Application.
  • 4-6 years of experience with the implementation of large scale BRM applications.
  • Experience in developing rating, billing and invoicing functionality in Oracle BRM for VOICE, DATA services for telecom and media industry.
  • Excellent understanding of Billing and Financial applications.
  • Experience in BRM 7.5 and integration with OSM highly preferred
  • Proficient in custom development in C/C++.
  • Should have expertise in integrating BRM with other applications – real time, batch and custom integration.
